Connie Connors

Communications strategist, AI explorer—at the curious intersection of technology and storytelling.

Connie Connors is a leader in global communications and business management strategy, with deep expertise in messaging, media training, and leadership communications—currently focused on the rapidly evolving worlds of AI and quantum computing. As a special situations consultant, she helps companies navigate reputation and crisis moments with clarity and precision.

For over 30 years, Connie led her global PR firm, Connors Communications, ushering companies into the digital era—from then-unknown startups like Amazon and Priceline to household names like Disney and National Geographic. She also founded and sold the SEO company HitTail, and continues to advise next-generation tech ventures.

Today, she teaches Public Relations & Storytelling at Fordham University and writes Almost Intelligent to explore how technology—especially AI—is reshaping the way we live, work, and communicate. She’s currently building her own AI apps, drawing on her background in storytelling and strategy, and still finds time for the occasional acting gig. A proud mom of two fabulous kids (ask her students—she talks about them a lot), Connie believes curiosity is the most underrated superpower, and she brings that lens to everything she writes, builds, and teaches.
